Governing Bodies

  • The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) (http://www.wfdf.org/sports/ultimate) is the governing body for the rules of Ultimate followed in Cape Town.

  • The South African Flying Disc Association (SAFDA) (http://www.safda.org.za/) manages the following major competitive aspects of Ultimate in South Africa (and thus Cape Town): Mixed, Mens (Open) and Womens Nationals and the National Teams and Club Teams that represent the country at WFDF-sanctioned/run championship tournaments.
