The legendary ultimate team from Cape Town. Salusa has a mature approach to Ultimate - we like to act like children and party like teenagers, however as many of us are raising our own teenagers now, we are slowing down . We no longer play as a team during the regular season although a few individuals play with other (younger) teams to keep fit . Beach pick-up definitely is easier on the body.

However, when Masters rolls around in November/December you will get to meet us! We might even host a Grand Master tournament since for a some of us the 30/33 year old "Masters" could be our children!!
